Start of the dungeon
214761 hurt extremely badly. You need to instantly dispel the 432448 debuff and be ready to react to the two people that get 431364 (unless one of them is your tank). Plan to cycle through defensives and externals very liberally here for both the first two pulls, there's a good chance you can still die even with good reactions just due to the sheer damage. When you fly off to the other 2 boats, the 210966 cast can be ignored, it only hits your tank. However, 451107 does a lot of damage and you should use rescue or td on the person it targets.

Positioning is extremely important. 453140 can be baited because it will target two random ranged players (this means you) unless there are not two viable targets and then one will be melee instead. This drops the pools on the ground which limit space and the ability to avoid her 453212. The dispel, 426734, puts a nasty heal absorb on the party that will do damage until fully healed. Be very careful to not push her to 50% or 0% if you get this and/or be ready with major healing CDs in order to counter it (lb ec, stasis, tts sb, etc).
The minibosses
Every one of the three minibosses does 451119 that can't be dispelled and does massive damage. Save td for this for whomever gets chosen. 211262 in the church is largely ignorable since his other ability is 451117 which is a fear slam centered on the tank. The other two do an AoE ability of some type, 451102 is a channeled AoE and 450854 summons an orb that will form and then travel in the direction baited. Do not stand in its path or you will get a DoT which will kill you and then the orb also explodes at the end of its path for AoE damage based on distance from it. Pre-cast sb into both of these and/or use things like zephyr, tg and td to help your group if they are low.

The bosses abilities are the combination of the three minibosses you just did. Just have a healing cooldown or echo lb ramp ready for each 426787. Every 3rd set will require more than normal because of the timing overlap between an 426860 explosion into that AoE. Either zephyr these or save ec or rewind.
Back on the ship
It's just one trash pack but it's a 214761-type mob so be ready to react, it will do very heavy damage. Good news is the release point is on the ship right behind you.

Not too threatening of a boss in all honesty, the damage event for this fight is 463428. In phase one, there will be 434655 that spawn which need to be picked up and thrown. If you are comfortable grabbing one and throwing it, then do so. Otherwise, don't bother because outhealing the DoT is the bigger priority for you and damage to the boss in phase one doesn't matter. In phase two, the 463428 DoT still happens and there will be damage to your group when web tethers break from people being targeted by 434089. zephyr can reduce this damage but try to coordinate with your group to not be overwhelmed by the AoE overlap.
