230322 is a complicated boss. Not in the sense that it's hard to play but in the sense that it's a bit of madness and you might randomly have to completely stop healing and do mechanics if RNG decides to smile upon you
The biggest burst damage intake for the raid will come from the 464399, with some extra pain points coming from 464149. The first 464399 happens 23 seconds into the fight, there is then a gap as the second happens at 1:42 and following that you get one every 50 seconds until the boss dies. This gap means you can stasis every other 464399. For the ones between each stasis, you can cover them with a double engulf ramp, and so you can do big healing on every single one of them over the course of the whole fight
During any 464399 cast of the fight you might randomly get selected for 461536. There is really nothing you can do about besides trying to get your engulfs out before you go to your assigned corner of the room to roll rubbish but be careful of waiting until the last second or you risk getting your trash-ball mid-hover which bugs it out
One quirk of this fight is that your best usage for rewind is not actually to assign it anywhere, but to have it free for when someone inevitably rolls their rubbish into a 231531 and causes a 473115. It's very likely you will save many pulls during progress with this and its by far the most useful you can be with it. There aren't any other super relevant parts of the fight that might require it and it's an excellent recovery tool for a very common mistake that you are bound to run into several times before your guild kills the boss
