Starting Room
The first room of Meadery contains several high danger mobs, including the 210269 and the miniboss 214697. The key to success here is pulling decently big while also avoiding overlapping casts of 463218 from the 210269 or 463206 from 214697. None of the abilities is lethal on their own but mindlessly combining mobs in a way that makes several casts go off at the same time will result in death.
You need to dispell 437956 from your group as well, the debuff lasts decently long so just dispell them as you see them and as nat cooldown allows.
210271
During the normal phase of the fight the main thing you have to heal is 432182. Two random players will get affected by it and take heavy over-time damage, use things like td and tg and don't be afraid to send cooldowns if you fall behind to catch back up.
At 66% and 33% health 210271 will phase, become immune to damage and start the brew mechanic, where the whole group takes ramping damage over time until each 215819 has a beer. Doing this phase quickly is very important as you won't be able to sustain the damage for very long but a good way to heal it is to spread echos in the group beforehand and then use ve and lb to heal people even if they are out of range as needed. The phase should take no longer than 10 seconds so if it starts getting longer, something is not right.
Do note that as of the time of this writing, rewind and gh do not heal damage from the 215819, so you can't rewind during the intermission to heal your group, as it will do nothing
