233814 is a not a very complicated boss but it does do high amounts of damage to the raid very often. Your key to success here will be properly planning your ramps around 1219263 to make sure the raid doesn't die from it and then keeping everyone alive during the 1220489 from the 1233110 damage.
Phase One
During the normal phase of the fight these are the things you need to watch out for:
- 1219263 will hit the tanks periodically, dealing high damage to everyone according to how far away they are from the landing spot. Usually the tank will run far away to reduce the damage from it but you should be prepared to heal it back up quickly
- A player will be marked by 1229762 and take two waves of damage that must be soaked by different groups. This won't do as much damage as 1219263 as it's not hitting all the raid at the same time but you still need to be prepared to heal it and keep in mind that when you soak it you will be knocked back so you plan around having to move
- A group of players will be affected by 1219450 and will have to walk to the edges of the room to drop 1218626. These players will be taking high damage while they move and you should be try to do spot healing if its necesary to keep them alive. You yourself might be marked by these as well.
- Every now and then, 1234733 will send walls through the room forcing you to use 1218148 to pass through them. You can't cast spells or heal while 1218148 so plan around this and either heal before going through if its critical or after if there is enough time.
You should try to be very flexible with your stasis as each individual damage event isn't really high enough to justify as full essencebomb window but they are spaced close enough to each other where you can time your stasis store and release to cover different mechanics. For example you could use your stasis to cover one 1219263, release it during 1229762 and then use the ta off your stasis to ramp for the following 1219263
Phase Two
At the start of the phase the whole group will get pushed towards the back of the room while taking damage, and then will have to traverse a maze of obstacles while killing adds to reach the boss on the other side and break the shield from 1220489.
The damage during this phase ramps up, as 1233110 hits the whole raid and continues to do more damage each time it ticks. The group shouldn't take much damage during the run as the stacks are low but once everyone is stacked on the boss breaking the shield the damage should start to become noticeable and this is where you should aim to use cooldowns. df is good here because you know almost everyone is gonna be fairly stacked.
