Talondras only really has two mechanics that you care about: 372718 and 372701. 372718 will be cast on random non-tank players every so often and will deal heavy damage over time. This bleed by itself is something you should be able to handle without much issues but the fight has some overlaps where 372701 will hit the group while a player has 372718 on them, making it so the challenge of the fight is keeping the bleeding person alive while your whole group takes a big hit of damage.

First of all, you need a clear way to quickly see who has the debuff, and a good timer for when both 372718 and 372701 are coming. You can't really plan your cooldown usage ahead to the second here because the way your tank decides to stun the boss might change the specifics of how the mechanics overlap. Some tanks might opt to stun the boss very often making the damage of 372718 increase faster but also not letting it overlap with 372701 ever, while others will only stun the boss during the 372719 cast so you will have to handle overlaps. So you need to be able to quickly assess the current situation and see what mechanic is coming next and what spells you still have to deal with it.

The easiest way to do this is to clear 372718 with caut and you should do this as much as possible. While caut is on cooldown your best options are using td or tg on the bleeding person before the 372701 so they survive the hit and you are able to heal them up right after. Remember to keep rev and echoed rev rolling on people as much as possible to benefit from gp as you heal them up from the 372718 damage. lifespark procs can be a good help in spot healing them too.

If you yourself are the one targeted by 372718 then rb is a great way to soften the damage and possibly not need to commit another cooldown.

To heal the group back up from 372701 you can mostly rely on db or sb. How quickly you need to top the group depends on when the next 372718 is coming: If it's gonna be cast soon you need to heal quickly to avoid the targeted person dying from the application damage, if it's already out however you can just let your hots do their job while you focus on the bleeding player.

Once again, your main priority in this fight is keeping the player with 372718 alive during the 372701. Rotating between your short external defensives and not overcommiting them is the key to doing this, as running out of buttons means someone will most likely die. You can always use ward to supplement your cds and make the fight much easier.
